Must be capable of hustling broke and helping to keep work area clean.
Must be capable of advancing through all jobs in the department, which is a fast-paced industrial environment.
Paying close attention to detail, reading and correctly understanding the customer orders is critical.
Must be capable of and available for working overtime and shifts when necessary.
Must be capable of learning to use computer applications provided.
Working as a team player is essential.
Must have high school education and be able to read, write and speak English.
Must demonstrate the ability to work as directed, following company and department policies and procedures.
Must demonstrate the ability to work safely in an industrial environment, practicing safe work habits, complying with company and department safety rules.
When not working in own department, will work from the Labor Pool in accordance with company seniority.
12-hour shift schedule.
Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to perform all jobs.
Job requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, standing, walking, sitting, and reaching.
Working Conditions:
Frequent extreme heat conditions.
Hearing protection, safety eyewear, safety shoes and cut-resistant gloves required.
Employees in these jobs classification will establish seniority and, by seniority, will advance through progressively more responsible positions.
