Offering breathtaking views of Mount Washington, The Notch Grille is proud to support our local farms, breweries, and distilleries - including our own private label vodka made at Tamworth Distilling.
In addition to our full-service bar and restaurant, The Glen House features flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space that can accommodate up to 150 people.
The Bartender is responsible for safely and efficiently providing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food, while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
You can't beat the view from our bar! Essential Functions of the Job:
Regular attendance and reporting to work on time, ready to begin your shift is an essential function of employment (being tardy places an unfair burden on the team).
Ability to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights, holidays) to meet hotel/guest needs.
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing (i.
e.
use appropriate language, display proper tone, attitude and body language when communicating) Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure Experience as a Bartender is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.
